The question is not checking out the latest magazine headline or the latest plan for losing 10 pounds before summer. That’s not what’s next for you. What’s next for you is, “Why are you not doing what you know how to do?”
You don’t need to know one other technique, one other plan, one other strategy. You know what to do, but you’re not doing it.
So are you asking yourself the question,
“Why am I not doing it?”
That’s where to start.
That’s very important information because, if I can hand you the golden perfect plan but you’re just not going to do it, that is not going to work. And that’s actually ultimately more frustrating because you’re probably going to beat up on yourself: “Why am I not doing this thing that I know how to do?”
And it’s a great question. Answer it! Why are you? Explore that. Ask yourself. Be your own good company and find out the answer to that.
If you know what to do, but you’re not doing it. Why not?
Because that’s the banging your head against the wall.
