[Weight Loss Motivation Tip]
Many times – in a fit of frustration, a soup of stress or an atmosphere of anxiety or anger – women will overeat and call it “comfort eating”.
This will not help with weight loss.
When we realize that food cannot do the job of relieving negative emotion and we also throw a serving of self-loathing on top of the original negative emotion as a result of the overeating, we realize there’s nothing comfortable about “comfort eating”.
It is far more accurate to call it:
- Avoid Your Feelings Eating
- Self-Loathing Eating
- Adding More Negative Emotion Eating or just plain ‘ole
- Dis-Comfort Eating
