Last week we discussed the illusion of there being a Finish Line.

When we’re so intent on reaching our goal weight, sometimes we never stop to ask:

  • What do I do once I’ve reached my goal weight?
  • What will life be like?
  • If I’m not obsessing about my weight, what will occupy my mind?
  • Ho will I spend all that extra time?

 

In this week’s video, I ask you to imagine that you’ve reached your ideal weight.

  • What happens then?
  • Will your goal weight be a Magic Pill or a cure all for your emotional woes?
